12V or 24V, Checked Before We Clamp
Most compact equipment and work trucks are 12V. Many larger machines like big loaders, dozers and cranes run 24V. We carry equipment for both, and we test the system with a meter before connecting anything, so the right voltage goes to the right posts. Give us the make, model and year when you call.
Why Equipment Batteries Die
-
Machines that sit: Equipment parked for days or weeks between jobs slowly drains down.
-
Heat: Engine compartments on equipment in the Florida sun cook batteries fast.
-
Vibration: Job site pounding loosens terminals and damages battery plates.
-
Key left on: The most common one on any crew.
Why Crews Call Us
One flat $100 price, no service call fee and no labor clock. We only do jump starts, so we head out as soon as you call instead of fitting you between repair jobs. Multiple machines down? Fleet accounts pay $90 per jump after the third each month.
Heavy Duty Pricing
Semis, box trucks, buses, RVs and heavy equipment are a flat $100 anywhere we serve, truck stops included. Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Pembroke Park, West Park, Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Davie (including the Florida 595 Truck Stop), Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach and the Seminole Travel Center on US-27 are all the same $100. That is the whole price, day or night, weekends and holidays. No service call fee and no labor charge on top.
Before We Arrive
Open the battery compartment or panel, and let the site gate know we are coming. Tell us exactly where the machine is on the property.
FAQs
Q: How much to jump a skid steer or dump truck?
A: A flat $100 anywhere in our area, for heavy equipment and heavy duty work trucks, 12V or 24V.
Q: Can you come out before 7am so the crew can start on time?
A: Yes. We run 24hrs and early morning calls are the same price.
Q: How do I know if my machine is 12V or 24V?
A: Check the battery labels or the operator manual. If you are not sure, tell us the make and model, and we confirm with a meter on site before we clamp anything.
