  1. Call or text the lot name, your space or row number, and your truck color and fleet number.
  2. Let the lot office or guard know a jump start service is coming, or tell us how the gate works.
  3. Open your battery box or show us your jump studs.
  4. Turn off the fridge, inverter, lights and APU.

Why Trucks Die Overnight in the Lot

A 10-hour break with the fridge, inverter, fans, TV and CPAP running is a lot of draw on a battery bank, especially in Florida heat. Add one weak battery in the bank or an APU that is not charging properly, and the truck will not crank in the morning.
