Why Campus Parking Is Hard on Batteries
A commuter campus is a parking lot that never gets shade. Cars sit in the open from morning until late afternoon, and the engine bay gets far hotter than the air outside. Heat is what actually destroys a battery in South Florida, not cold. It evaporates the fluid inside and corrodes the plates.
Add student cars, which are frequently older with batteries nobody has thought about in four years, and you get a lot of no-starts. If your battery is past three years old and you park on campus every day, it is on borrowed time.
Night classes and clinical shifts

The same goes for early clinical starts. If you have a rotation at 6am and the car is dead, call us. We are already up.
When you are between classes
If you have a gap and you know the car has been struggling, that is the right time to call rather than waiting for the moment you need to leave. A jump takes a few minutes once we arrive, and we will tell you straight whether the battery is done or just drained.

A: Yes. We arrive in a standard sedan and park normally. If your lot needs a decal or a gate, meet us at the entrance or let us know and we will coordinate.
A: That is fine. Give us the nearest building and the color and model of your car and we will find you.
A: No. Flat $70 at any hour, weekends and holidays included.
A: That is the whole price. No call-out fee, no mileage, no surcharge. If the problem turns out not to be the battery, we will tell you on the phone rather than take your money for a jump that will not help.
A: We check your alternator voltage after the jump and tell you honestly. If it is a drained battery that will recover, you do not need to spend anything. If it is finished, you will know before it strands you during finals.
