Why So Many Batteries Die Here
A Hard Rock visit is long. People come for dinner, stay for the floor, catch a show, and walk out six or eight hours later. That is more than enough time for a dome light, a door left ajar or a phone charger to flatten a battery that was already two or three years old.
The garages add to it. Covered parking traps heat and humidity, and heat is what actually destroys a battery in South Florida. A car that sat all day in a garage after a long drive in is a car that may not start when you get back to it.
Hotel guests get a different version of the same problem. Park the car on Friday, stay through Sunday, and the alarm, keyless entry and onboard computers quietly draw current the entire time.
After a concert is our busiest hour
When Hard Rock Live lets out, the garages empty all at once. If your car will not start in that, a tow truck is the last thing you want, because it blocks a ramp full of people trying to leave. Rentals and out of town plates
Hard Rock pulls visitors from all over, and a lot of them are in rental cars. You do not need a membership or a local address. A jump start does not affect a rental agreement, and it is usually faster than waiting on the rental company's roadside line.

A: Yes. We arrive in a clean sedan or SUV, so low-clearance decks are no problem. Tell us the garage and the level, and the nearest row or pillar number if you can see one.
A: Yes. Let valet know we are on the way and we will coordinate with them when we arrive.
A: Usually. A battery drained by sitting normally recovers once the alternator charges it back up. Drive at least 20 minutes afterward. We check your voltage and tell you honestly if the battery is finished, which matters if you have a long drive home. More on cars that sit.
